Space Janitors season 3 was one of my first Production Design jobs in Toronto. Season 3 was tough, but season 4, coming a full 10 years later, was even more ambitious, with a number of creatures, large sets and complicated props. Still, despite some hiccups (contracting covid, for example) it was a big success. We put the money on the screen. A very small but motivated art team consisting of Ben Harris, Jasmine Anguah, and Maria Carbajal (with help from my long-time partner Marie Kozlova) made the magic happen. Seeing Ben wriggle out of the snake costume, dripping sweat, is something I'll never forget.
